Next Day Delivery

On orders £20 or more, we offer free next day delivery on all orders made before 10am Monday to Thursday. Any orders made over the weekend Friday, Saturday or Sunday (or public holidays) will be made the next working day! We will notify you at every step so you know when your delivery will be with you.

Environmental considerations

We want to be as green as possible:

  • Packaging – trying to ensure your delivery is safe but using recycled/recylable packaging where possible.
  • First attempt delivery – We will aim to reduce fuel usage and hassle for you by always attempting a first attempt delivery. If you are out, we will leave your items in a waterproof bag, in a safe space.
  • Vehicles – Any delivery company we use must have an action plan to reduce emissions, this includes using zero emission vehicles.

Tracking your order

Need to head out but waiting for that delivery is annoying! This is why we will email you a 1 hour delivery slot the morning of your delivery so you can plan your day. Maybe to take your dog for a walk and enjoy the sunshine?!

Out of stock items

We work hard to maintain correct stock levels though from time to time, items maybe out of stock with suppliers or deliveries to us maybe later than scheduled. This is why we will communicate with you to see what you want to do on the rare occassion that an item is out of stock to see what option is best for you, a refund, redelivery or subsitute.


Do you have an item you want to return? Something went wrong during delivery? Mistakes can happen, we say it is how you deal with them that makes for a good company, so on that note, let’s get things sorted for you! We accept returns upto 14 days from delivery.

We offer a no quibble refund policy (we may ask for a photo for our records) and should you wish to return anything to us, we will be happy to issue a refund. To qualify for a refund, the item must be (in the case of any non-defective products) in origional, un-damaged packaging which has not been unnecessarily handled (beyond what would be standard when looking at it in store).

Returns are made with postage costs covered by yourself with your refund or exchange being processed upon inspection and receipt of the product.

In the event that an item(s) you bought has developed a fault within the 12 month window from purchase, please contact us.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a buyer.
